Hire Jet Crew is a convenient service to exchange contact information for anyone needing a pilot, mechanic, or flight crew.
Hire Jet Crew saves countless hours spent texting and emailing to figure out a crew solution.
Hire Jet Crew is a SMS/Text based application. Data rates may apply based on your cellular plan.
Acceptance of these terms & conditions includes consent to be contacted via SMS text and email.
Hire Jet Crew maintains a large database of FAA Certified Pilots, Flight Instructors, Flight Attendants and Aircraft Mechanics.
Hire Jet Crew provides the LOOP (connection) between Clients and Flight Crews.
Hire Jet Crew is NOT involved with contracts or payments for any trip or service of Crew Members.
Hire Jet Crew does not provide transportation.
LOOP credits never expire.
PayPal or Stripe are the current payment methods. Other methods are in work or can be arranged.

For Clients
Hire Jet Crew saves you from filtering resumes to find a certified crew member for your aircraft type & schedule.
You will only receive information from crews that are confirmed RATED and acknowledged that they are AVAILABLE.
Hire Jet Crew crew members are confirmed to hold a FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial license.
Hire Jet Crew does not represent any crew’s expertise and recommends verifying all qualifications (medical, currency, time in type) prior to finalizing a trip.
Hire Jet Crew maintains a rating for each Crew Member.
Hire Jet Crew is not a public posting board. Trip details are only sent to pre-qualified crew members.
Crew members are notified of trips in order of their ratings to reward great performance.
Clients are provided with the contact information of the first four (4) RATED and AVAILABLE Crew Members.
If there are not any RATED and AVAILABLE Crew Members available there is no LOOP Credit charged.
Clients are charged a LOOP credit only if a Hire Jet Crew crew member's contract is provided for your trip.
Clients must have a positive LOOP balance to post a trip to find a crew member.
Clients registration fee covers the verification and includes two (2) LOOP credits.
For Crew Members
Crew Members are notified of trips that match their ratings and aircraft.
Crew Members should reply only if they want to be contacted by the Client to work out an agreement.
Crew Members are charged one LOOP credit if they are one of the first (4) Crew members to reply AVAILABLE.
Replying with the trip # is the method to confirm you are AVAILABLE for the trip and a LOOP Credit will be charged at that time.
Replying does NOT guarantee the Client will offer you the trip, but that contact information was exchanged.
There is NO charge if you do not reply to a trip notification.
Hire Jet Crew recommends verifying airworthiness & insurance of any aircraft before departure per FAR 91.103
Crew members are notified of trips based on their R&A rating so crews are rewarded for great performance.
Crew members must have a positive LOOP balance in order to receive Client contact information.
Crew members registration fee covers the verification of FAA ratings and includes three (3) LOOP credits.
Hire Jet Crew understands that after a LOOP is made this service may not be needed.
Hire Jet Crew is a convenient, low cost, time saver as people go on vacation, get sick and change aircraft causing the need for new crews.
Hire Jet Crew is in it for the long run.
